Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all purchases. King’s Liquidation will gladly assist the buyer to arrange shipping, but the responsibility for receipt of the items, payment, and additional delivery charges rests with the buyer. Claims for lost in transit goods or delays must be made directly with the carrier responsible. King’s Liquidation sells all goods FOB “free on board” from the originating warehouse only. See Shipping Section for more details.
In order to provide our below cost pricing model and due to manufacturer and retailer specific arrangements, restrictions must be met between King’s Liquidation and our customers prior to completing a sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all these conditions are met, failure to do so could result in severe fines being imposed, usually well above the cost of the actual merchandise being bought and sold. If the buyer is not the ultimate reseller, then it is their responsibility to ensure that their customer complies with these conditions.
